CA Madhusudan Jain is a Chartered Accountant and holding Certificate of Practice of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He possesses a dynamic personality with a unique and experience of providing wide range of services in the area of Audit, Taxation, Management & Financial Consultancy, Direct and Indirect tax matters , Setting up new business, Accountancy and Bank Audits like Statutory and Concurrent audits of various nationalized banks. He has served the various industries like IT Sector, Manufacturing, and Hazardous Waste Management, Construction and Infrastructure and having a rich experience of more than 15 years in the above mentioned areas.

During the employment he served the companies like Maharashtra Enviro Power Ltd, Pune Quick Heal Technologies Pvt Ltd, Pune ,Nihilent Technologies Private Limited, Pune , Triyama Software Private Limited Pune, B.V. Bio-Corp Pvt. Ltd,( Venkys Group) Pune, Barkat Udyog Private Limited, Faridabad and Sadanand & Associates, Patna at various level from Article clerk to Director- Finance and handled all the areas like Finance & Accounts, Auditing & Statutory Compliances, Budgetary control, Credit administration, Treasury Management.

CA. Prashant Jakhotiya is Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit by ICAI. Practicing since 2014. Completed Article ship from Bhutada V. M. & Co, Chartered Accountants Pune where solely responsible for statutory Compliances, Internal Audit & Statutory Audit of clients engaged in Service Industry, manufacturing segment & Trading Business. Presently practicing in field of Taxation, Statutory Compliances, Project Financing, and Audit &Assurance.
He is also looking after RERA Compliances, Management consultancy in Real estate business and construction finance.

Resources and Infrastructure

Internal Team:  comprises of mostly experienced graduates and post graduates. The firm has an internal team size of around 10 employees.

Infrastructure: The firm has three offices strategically located in the Pune and PCMC areas. Both these offices are well equipped with workstations, power backups, Internet connectivity, printers, scanners and other general office utilities

External Consultants/Associates: The firm has close associations with several external consultants like company secretaries, lawyers, excise consultants, RBI consultants, FEMA consultants. The firm is often mentored by reputed professionals from varied domains like direct taxes, indirect taxes, FEMA etc as and when required.

We are handling tax planning, management and compliance, internal audit , finalization of books of accounts , Company law matters , Providing advisory and consultancy services in taxation matters & e-filing of returns to various type of clients.
